We
want to take the Bugaboo on the plane. How does it travel?
Yes, the Bugaboo travels very
well. We get this question a lot and it's very easy.
There are two ways to travel with
it:
1. You can gate check it.
You ask for 2 gate check tags (one for the seat/bassinet
and one for the chassis).
You wheel the Bugaboo to the gate and directly before you
board the plane you simply take the seat/bassinet off and
then collapse the chassis. It will be waiting for you when
you get off the plane at the gate. You then just put the
seat/bassinet back on the chassis and off you go. It's the
same process you take to put it in the trunk of your car
(or put in the transport bag at gate).
2. You can check it through.
We sell a cushioned transport bag that the Bugaboo fits
into very nicely. You just check it through with the rest
of your luggage.
Is
the handlebar reversible?
Yes the handle bar is reversible.
It allows you to easily change and use the big wheels in
the front for rough terrain or the small swiveling wheels
for city use.
Is
the Seat a separate part to the Bassinet?
The whole idea about the Bugaboo
is keeping it simple and efficient. Therefore, we use the
same exact frame for both, it is only a matter of changing
the fabric covers to make the bassinet or the seat.
What
are the accessories available?
We offer a variety of accessories
all custom to the Bugaboo .

What

What
is the two-wheel position?

can be easily folded, the stroller can be converted into
an easy-to-pull two –wheel position- the perfect
solution for sandy or snowy terrain specifically on
horizontal surfaces.
How
big is the under seat bag?

size and is removable. It is suspended underneath the
frame and can be reached from two sides. The elastic

Is
there a car seat available in the US that works with the
Bugaboo?
Bugaboo makes two adaptors that
accommodate an infant car seat. They are for the Graco*
infant SnugRide and the Peg Perego* Primo Viaggio.
How
do I clean the Bugaboo fabric?
It is very simple. All Bugaboo
fabric (seat, bassinet, canopy and under seat bag) are all
removable and machine washable at max. 30 C.
Why
is the Bugaboo stroller called the Bugaboo ?
It was named Bugaboo because of
the suspension in the swivel wheels. The suspension is
designed like that of a leg with bounce and give. The
suspension in the swivel wheels allows you to navigate
easily over curbs and bumps without getting stuck or
jarring motion to your child.
